By creating an account or accessing any part of CryptoAnalysisHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this Platform. By using CryptoAnalysisHub, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
CryptoAnalysisHub provides cryptocurrency portfolio tracking, market data, on-chain analytics, yield comparison, trading strategy logging, and tax calculation tools. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
IMPORTANT: CryptoAnalysisHub is an information and analytics tool only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data is provided for informational purposes. Always consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.
Market data, price charts, screener results, and yield figures displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party APIs. We do not endorse any cryptocurrency, protocol, or investment strategy. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Impersonating another person or entity is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@cryptoanalysishub.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each person may maintain only one account. Enterprise plans may have multiple user seats under a single organisation account as described in the plan terms.
CryptoAnalysisHub offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Features available at each tier are described on the Plans page and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
The Free plan is provided at no cost and is subject to feature limitations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free tier with 30 days' notice.
You may use CryptoAnalysisHub solely for lawful, personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not: (a) scrape or systematically extract data from the Platform; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform; (c) use the Platform to commit fraud or any illegal activity; (d) upload malicious code or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure; (e) resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written permission; (f) circumvent usage limits or access controls.
Enterprise subscribers may receive REST API access under additional API Terms. All API usage must comply with stated rate limits. Abuse of the API may result in account termination.
Price, market cap, volume, on-chain, and yield data is sourced from third-party providers including CoinGecko, Etherscan, DeFiLlama, and others. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
Market data may be subject to delays. CryptoAnalysisHub accepts no liability for trading decisions made based on delayed or inaccurate data.
Your use of data sourced from third parties is also subject to those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party data availability.
The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content created by CryptoAnalysisHub, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Any data you input (wallet addresses, trading strategy notes, etc.) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Platform's features.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Platform, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary unavailability.
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative. You acknowledge that any financial decisions you make are entirely at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTOANALYSISHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You may close your account at any time via the Settings page or by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before termination.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
You agree to resolve disputes with us individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
