Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of CryptoAnalysisHub.
Effective date:8 May 2026 · Last updated: 8 May 2026
When you register, we collect your name and email address. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage — we never store plaintext passwords.
We collect information about how you interact with the platform: pages visited, features used, session duration, and browser/device type. This data is used solely to improve our service.
If you add cryptocurrency wallet addresses for portfolio tracking, those addresses are stored in our database. We only read publicly available on-chain data — we never ask for or store private keys or seed phrases.
Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.
Your account data is used to authenticate you, personalise your dashboard, and deliver the features you subscribe to.
Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand which features are most valuable and where the platform can be improved.
We may send you transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets) and, if you opt in, product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We may process your data where required by law, to comply with regulatory requirements, or to protect our legal rights.
CryptoAnalysisHub does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share data with trusted sub-processors (hosting, analytics, payment processing) who are contractually bound to handle it securely and only for the purpose of providing services to us.
Live price and on-chain data is fetched from external APIs (CoinGecko, Etherscan, etc.). These requests do not include your personal information.
We may disclose information if required by a court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of users.
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (minimum cost factor 12). Database access is restricted to application services only.
Access to production systems and user data is restricted to authorised personnel only, with audit logging enabled.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law within 72 hours of becoming aware.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us at privacy@cryptoanalysishub.com.
You can update your name and email directly from the Settings page. For other corrections, contact our support team.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
You have the right to object to or restrict certain types of processing. Please contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
Upon account deletion, personal data is purged from our systems within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregate analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Certain data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax and accounting purposes).
CryptoAnalysisHub is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
